What is Stampede CrossFit?

Stampede CrossFit is a community of people with goals to improve life through movement. Our members & staff are a family who train together to reach the passions in our life.

Our training is a combination of Gymnastics, Olympic lifting, Power lifting, Weightlifting, Rowing, Running, Calisthenics, and Plyometrics. We offer nutritional guidance, private & personal training and many other programs to ensure you are receiving the best training and counseling possible.

FOOTPRINT (complete before joining CrossFit class)

3 class course reviewing CrossFit movements.  Each class consists of a warm up, technique, workout and cool down. CROSSFIT

CROSSFIT is a strength and conditioning program combining weightlifting, sprinting, rowing, gymnastics, powerlifting, and plyometrics to guarantee your fitness goals.

 

 

 

BootCamp

Light weight, functional movement Training. No barbells. Class is structured around physique building, functional fitness, and conditioning coupled with nutrition guidance.

Nutrition

4 week nutrition program tailored to you. Nutrition is the foundation of fitness.  We encourage everyone to complement their training with smart eating.  No crash diets, no fake food!  Eat real food, read labels, and you will succeed!

Our Community Without our community, we would be just another place to workout.  We are a group of people with similar goals, work ethic, and dedication.  We train together, sweat together, work together… we are a family. The success of CrossFit is due to its dedicated community.  This is what makes Stampede CrossFit different from other gyms in the area.  The second you walk in our doors you become part of our team.

Here are the classes we open to our community:

Community Class – Third Saturday of the Month

Buddy Week – Once a Year

Holidays – Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve

Instead of setting up on a machine and doing the same boring routine for 45 minutes, you walk into our doors to train with friends and fellow athletes.  And yes athletes… we consider all our members athletes no matter your experience or skill level. All training is structured in a class environment instructed by a trainer.  Classes are fun, challenging and rewarding.  All this helps in establishing optimal fitness through encouragement, motivation, and friendship.

Our Philosophy In gyms and health clubs throughout the world, the typical workout consists of isolation movements and extended aerobic sessions. At Stampede CrossFit we work exclusively with compound movements and shorter, high-intensity cardiovascular sessions. Why? Because compound functional movements and high-intensity are radically more effective at eliciting nearly any desired fitness result. Our approach is consistent with what is practiced in elite training programs associated with major university athletic teams and professional sports.
